At ‘The Jesse Jagz Experience’ free music concert which held last month at the New Afrika Shrine, Lagos, the music maker took time to explain his weed smoking habit and how it doesn’t concern anybody.
‘This one’s for the blogs. You people keep reporting about me smoking marijuana, chastising me for smoking is just another form of racism’, Jesse Jagz blurted out in between performance.
He then went on a rant about how he did not ‘find it anyone’s business’ because he patronised the green leaf calling it ‘grass’ created by God himself.
All i can say is although it has an effect on his style of music, he got a channel O nomination out of it which he might not have gotten if it was just straight-out hip-hop.
