When a woman is not interested in a man,she says No and she means it..........right?

Whether a man is interested or not,he still goes in for the kill......true?

Men cannot say No to certain things and it is inherent in 90percent of their kind....I am sorry but this is a personal observation,if i am wrong,present your own argument in the comment section.
