Obafemi Martins sends birthday shoutout to baby mama

After almost two years together, Obafemi Martins and his third baby mama, Abigail Barwuah (Mario Balotelli's older sister) are still going strong. The ace footballer sent a birthday shout out to her and posted the pic above (right) on his instagram page. Abigail replied that she's crazy in love. The lovers welcomed a son in October 2013.
