8 year old Nigerian boy comes 2nd in UK Child Genius competition

8 year old Tudor Mendel-Idowu and his sister 11 year old Hazelle Mendel-Idowu (pictured above) were the only Nigerians to take part in the Child Genius of the Year 2014 in the UK.
The competition consists of 20 gifted youngsters from age range 7-13 - who face two grueling rounds: Logic and Reasoning and Memory Recall - where they have just one hour to commit 104 randomly shuffled playing cards to memory.
Hazel Mendel-Idowu was out of the competition in the second round but Tudor Mendel-Idowu scaled through to the final stage on Sunday August 10th and made it up to 2nd position.
11 year old Sharon from Bolton won the competition. Tudor Mendel-Idowu is the son of Pastor and Mrs Tolu Mendel-Idowu from Nigeria. Congrats to him...

4) Preferred Booth: Formerly N300,000 NOW N250,000 These are the first 2 booths on each lane. They are for location specific exhibitors and are 3 by 2 meters.
5) Premium Booth: Formerly N450,000 NOW N400,000 These are the the first booths after registration, they are 3 by 3 meters and have a large space in front of them. They are the most visible.
